I had some time to play with this lovely new Summer Doily and I am so excited about the design. The die comes to you packaged like this and you get a clean cut everytime
Our metal dies is of good quality metal made in the USA. The little holes in the die help you to pop your card/paper very easily.
After choosing what colour card/paper you wish to cut, use small pieces of masking tape to hold your die to your paper before running it through your cutting machine.
For this Demo I use my Bigshot with the adaptor plate. I have also cut this die in the Grand Calibur and it cuts beautifully.
Once you have finish cutting the doily and you remove it from the adaptor plates it come out easily.
I use a scoring tool to pop the waste bits out but if you have a pricking tool or any other tool you can use it, the choice is yours.
Now it is up to you to either ink the edges or just use it as is, I just love this one.

So, heute möchte ich euch nun meinen workshop für den Teebeutel zeigen, welche ich ja gerade in Massen produziere, weil es einfach Spaß macht und auch noch schnell geht. Für meinen Teebeutel habe ich die Kai von Crafty Sentiments Design gewählt, dort findet ihr übrigens auch die Ticket Stempel
Es wird benötigt: Fotokarton 28 x 7,5 cm, Klettverschluß oder Magnet, Tacker, Schere, Falzbein, Scor-Pal (oä)
You need: cardstock 11" x 3", tack tape, magnets or velcro, scissors, bone folder, scor-pal (or something else), stapler
Nun müsst ihr den Streifen falzen bei 10 cm, 14 cm und 24 cm
Now fold the stripe at 4", 5,5" and 9,5"
Der überstehende Rest wird wie folgt gefalzt:

Nur ganz wenig in der Mitte der kurzen Seite mit dem Falzbein markieren, damit man die Dreiecke besser falzen kann.
Make a mark in the middle of the small side. It´s easier to fold the edges if you do this.
Nun die beiden Ecken einfalten.
Now fold the edges.
Nur noch das gefalzte Dreieck mit etwas Tacky festkleben.
Stick the triangle with tacky on and lets do the finish.
Jetzt wird das Band mit dem Tacker an das kleine Dreieck festgetackert und dann wiederum verklebt, jetzt kann der Klettverschluß oder Magnet angebracht werden.
Bring on the ribbon with your stapler and glue again and apply the magnets on the back part.
So, schon fertig..nun kann er verziert werden und sieht dann vielleicht .....
Now you´r ready and you can design the little giveaway and perhaps it looks like this...
